The app does not work for me. I don’t have a history. I can’t get to party rooms thru links. I can’t get to party rooms unless I see one in my notifications. And it only shows me one at a time and I have to be following the person. Repeated emails to cs have gotten me nowhere. I have sent video screen shots. Picture screenshots and given them detailed info of my issues. Not fixed.

StarMaker is deleting background tracks like crazy. What the heck? People can’t join my collabs because the original track has been removed?? What’s going on??? And customer service is awful. They don’t respond to emails!!

Hi, I am above nine but under thirteen, Hello? That age recommendation caught my eye! First, When I entered my birth date it said I was not “old enough”! The age recommendation said 9+. What the heck!?

I was enjoying the app until I realized that I had zero access to open party rooms or to even see which ones I was an admin in. When I wrote to starmaker they said that party rooms and live feeds were not available in my state. Very disappointed I’ve wasted so much time and money.

Giving 5 fake stars for the fake app this has become. Same reply from support when screenshots were included with initial message. Support never replied to try to resolve. One thing did change the usual 3 or 4 fake comments on each cover submitted all stopped on the same day, no more comments have been left. Now the app generates notices that use real users names saying "need your help", "waiting for you in room" and "it really hurts that you never listen to me sing in room". No support, misleading and fake notifications, and fake comments to use guilt.. all to make more money. Fraud, buy users agreement covers that. Clear enough.

The app first used to work in california and then all of a sudden i lost some of my song recording that i did earlier and also not able to search all the songs. Even wasted my money in VIP membership. Open d ticket with the app support more than 2 months ago but no update to fix the issue. Also, the option to join party room is not available. I already had numerous email exchanges with the app support team in the last 2 months or so but no solution yet

Well, the reason I cannot use it because I don’t have a phone, or Facebook, so I can’t use it at all, but for now I rate it a 1, because I cannot use it, it also bugs me that you cannot create an account, so please, let people play karaoke without phone numbers or Facebook?

I liked it at first. But it isn’t letting me collab or go to a song! It’s fricking taking me back to the screen. Fix your app!

Used to be great now no lyrics what whole point of karaoke is to sing the lead and back up vocals not to sing with the lead vocal of the band.

I actually loved this app, and then I got a new phone. I would click on the app, and the app would load, but then, after a few seconds, it would ask me to check my internet connection. It isn’t my WiFi, I have checked it with cellular data away from home, and it still didn’t work. I have tried it on other people’s WiFi, and it still didn’t work. I tried it will all bars, didn’t work. I ended up deleting the app. I hope that no one makes the mistake of downloading this app, because it is crap.

So Starmaker also has another app titled “The Voice”. However, as far as I can see the two apps are exactly the same, the only difference is that this app has a more pink-oriented interface while the other one has red. It makes absolutely no sense to me and seems like a waste of space.

I love the idea here. But almost everything has bugs. Half the time I need to uninstall/reinstall just to make the party rooms visible! Audio is terrible, and now they are removing artists from the list? Laaaame.

Ok. This is probably the best app ever, though I could use some more songs. It’s so fun, and I have gotten so, so much better at singing! I love this app and you should really get it. But - as I said before, it really could use some more songs - it’s still a really fun and amusing way to see how good you are at singing, and maybe because of this app, you could become a PopStar! Even I think I could become one like Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Charlie Puth, and so on. Any way, my point is - you should get this app. This is good advice.

The overall app is great but I find it very unfair that me and a lot of other people cant do lives because of the country we live in. When I go to the lives I want to hear people who speak my language and I want to be able to interact with them. Please fixed this.
