App doesn’t work in california

The app first used to work in california and then all of a sudden i lost some of my song recording that i did earlier and also not able to search all the songs. Even wasted my money in VIP membership. Open d ticket with the app support more than 2 months ago but no update to fix the issue. Also, the option to join party room is not available.

I already had numerous email exchanges with the app support team in the last 2 months or so but no solution yet
