Sing Karaoke and Record Songs with StarMaker App Reviews

This app used to be really good in my opinion. But now its turning into one of those "pay to play" apps. Just opened up the app for the first time in a while to find out that I cant sing certain songs unless Im ~VIP~. The whole reason I loved this app so much was because of the fact that you didnt need to pay to sing any songs. But now its basically just turning into Smule and all those other dumba** karaoke apps thatll only let you sing Let it Go, and other crappy songs unless you pay to become ~VIP~. The fact that you could sing literally any song for FREE was a big reason this app became popular, no need to pay - you could just sing till your hearts content. So, because of this Im probably gonna stop using the app and delete it. I just cant stand the fact that this wonderful app is now becoming another one of ~those~ karaoke apps.

I love this app! It’s so much fun singing and connecting with other singers across the world! However, I find myself concerned about the people on here that don’t sing anything. Sometimes I think people our prowling for dates. I have to block them. I’m on here to sing, not get creepy messages from people not using the app for singing! I think that needs to be changed. Most singers that I run across on here use the app for song. Get rid of the fake profiles on here! It’s crazy!

So it says I have 1.2k followers but when I get notifications saying someone followed me it also says I have 1,684 followers so its not showing me how many actual followers I have but overall I am obsessed with the app ???.

honestly this app is amazing. i blew my entire afternoon running around my house singing like an idiot and i cant stop, it is SOOOOO much better than smule. some of the backing tracks are kinda weird but literally everything else makes up for it. no complaints so far.

So someone banned me from a party and over 36 hours later it wont let me back into the party

Hello Firstly I would like to say I love the app and have been using it for a few months now. Three days ago I accidentally deleted the app. Reinstalled it and every time I try to log in it says “failed to log in please check your network and password” I uninstalled the app again and rebooted my router and reinstalled it but still same message pops up. Have tried deleting and reinstalling about 20 times now but still won’t let me in. Is there anyway you can help me with this problem? I emailed the email address on the website came right back to me

All the songs I had disappeared....loved it better when you were able to earn coins and buy some songs now that’s gone and ow you feel more forced to join VIP...deleted

This app is the best one, tons of different kind of songs. I tried a lot of different others, all want payment. Very good and easy to use. I found songs in different languages. I needed in Russian, here you are! Highly recommend for entertaining and karaoke lovers! Отличный выбор песен на любой вкус, рекомендую.

Do not get this app! VIP can NOT be cancelled!! No place in app to cancel. When you contact the developer on the email they provide it comes back undeliverable! It’s a scam!!

Fun, but tired of the fake accounts. Finding another option at this point.

This app was so much better before a lot of the songs required VIP access. Developers, from a used of it amazing app. Do away with VIP. I don’t even care if that means more adds.

I love starmaker but now that the is a vip you can’t sing any songs because when ever you press a song it says pay

I truly love your app it has all of my favorite songs and i am excited with the possibilities when my voice is back at full strength! although i’m still scared to do a duet knowing i’ll mess up a bit it is still a great app and i really encourage all singers and none singers who are looking to have a fun karaoke session or looking to be able to have others see your talent that you should use this! ❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️?❤️

I would’ve given it five stars but since the VIP system makes it so that you can’t sing star maker made songs it just gets on convenient so please turn it back to what it was before

Very fun app. Its very professional and chemistry we get to control your voice compared to music, and you can also add on some auto tune. Its a fun app. Im trying to figure out how to become a fish on it though.

I was scrolling through my profile to just listen to myself (cringe) and for some reason I can’t play my songs it just stays at 00:00, either I didn’t have enough patents or it just overall loaded very slow. Please look into it and I hope you can fix that. Great App besides that! ?
