BUG IOS 11

It’s about 2 weeks I can’t use the app for this damn bug with iOS11. I try to open and it crashes every damn time and gets off, and I can’t do nothing. I ask you with a support-mail to help me solving the problem but I haven’t heard anybody yet!! HELP AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM! I really love this app and I need it in my phone, but now I can’t give you more than 1 star, and unfortunately even not less.
